All Natural Weight Loss! Create Healthy Eating Habits!
Natural weight loss happens when you develop healthy eating habits. Through experience "Fad Diets" are short-lived. Yes, you may lose weight on the South Beach, Atkins, Jenny Craig and NutriSystem diets. The problem most of us face is as soon as we reach our goal weight we CELEBRATE and return to our old eating habits, we must create healthy eating habits. Losing unwanted pounds requires a lifestyle change one that eliminates the unhealthy foods from our diet.
Every year overweight and obese people spend "billions" of dollars on products and services to lose weight. At any given point in time, up to one-third of all Americans try to lose weight. The failure rate with most weight loss programs is staggering. You can and will lose weight if you eliminate unhealthy food from your diet. You will have more energy and feel good about your weight loss success. Eating healthy is the right choice to maintain your desired weight.
A daily balanced diet containing all food nutrients is essential to maintain good health. There are many different thoughts on what is the healthiest way to eat; vegetarian, vegan, raw foodist, living food diet, plant-based diet etc. Eating healthy is not about counting calories it is eliminating the unhealthy food like refined sugars and processed starches. A healthy diet will result in optimum health and well-being.
Emotional or Comfort Eating
Many people find comfort in eating, food is their friend "eating is emotional", you feel sad, lonely, stressed, angry or bored and eating is your comfort. If you are not hungry, don't eat. Take your mind away from eating, read a book, take a walk, bike ride, call a close friend for support etc. Try to identify what draws you to over-eat. It is critical to let go of the emotion that is pulling you to the bag of chips, cookies etc. It is healthy and invigorating to let go of the things we cannot change or control. Ask a close friend or family member to be your support system, someone you can call in a weak moment.
Losing weight is a personal decision
Once you make the commitment to lose weight the diet choices are endless. Forget the low fat, high carbohydrate and high protein diets. Eat natural foods that balance hormone responses and work with your body, not against it to burn fat. What you eat can change how you feel.
Not only is what you eat important drinking pure water is a must. You should drink at least eight glasses of water daily. Sometimes we confuse hunger with thirst. The next time you feel hungry drink a glass or two of water. Coffee, tea, soda, juice etc do not replace your need for water. F. Batmanghelidj, MD wrote an awesome book about drinking water for health. The name of his book is You're Not Sick, You're Thirsty! Great book he includes a section about water and weight-loss. It's an easy read and easy to understand book. Click here to learn more

Natural weight loss is a healthy way to get rid of those unwanted pounds. The first few weeks will be tough not because youre hungry, but because you will crave unhealthy food. You are forming new habits. Keep this in mind; healthy food is not a pass to over-eat! Quality food is very important and so is quantity!
A lifestyle change is what it will take to lose the weight and keep it off. Eliminate refined sugars and processed starches from your diet. Don't be a yo-yo dieter.
When I made the commitment to eat healthy food my goal was to achieve optimum health; at this point I didn't really expect to lose weight. Nothing seemed to work to get the extra pounds off.
In the beginning I thought some organic snack foods were healthy because organic was on the label; like potato chips. I was sure there was a healthy organic potato chip waiting to be found. I switched to an organic brand that I thought was healthy. The potato chip bag advertised the following "organic potatoes, no trans fats, no preservatives, non GMO potatoes or oils, no artificial ingredients". Wow I found Organic Potato Chips! Yummy I could eat as much as I want it's organic.
I learned this was not a healthy choice which I gave up. One of the ingredients is "yeast extract" which has the same effect as MSG. I learned by trial and error. The best place to research ingredients and decide if they are good or bad is at
Environmental Working Group.
MSG (monosodium glutamate) is a taste enhancer. Yeast extract is used by food manufacturers as a taste enhancer. Yeast extract contains from 6% - 12% MSG (or "free glutamate") and is used by food companies who want to add an MSG-like taste to their foods without using MSG on the label.
It can cause extreme headaches in some people, and according to Dr. Russell Blaylock, the author of Excitotoxins, MSG is damaging to the brain, nervous system, endocrine system and even promotes obesity by interfering with appetite regulation.
MSG is widely used in canned soups, breakfast sausage, salad dressing, many prepackaged foods and other commercial foods. Many people are desensitized to the ingredient and do not experience headaches, although such desensitization does not protect them from the potential nervous system damage caused by MSG.
Do not trust the manufacturers to tell you what is good or bad in the product they are marketing! It is all about big-money not health. Read all ingredient labels and become an informed consumer.
My diet was in transition I eliminated refined sugars, processed starches and so much more. Raw fresh fruits and vegetables were a huge part of my daily diet. The green smoothie is my daily favorite. After adding green smoothies I began to lose weight. I noticed my clothes were loose. I weighed in and I was ten pounds lighter. Wow this was exciting! Natural weight loss! The green smoothies are packed full of nutrients and a big part of my weight-loss success. Green smoothies are quick, easy and delicious.
The good news is the more unhealthy foods you eliminate from your diet the better you will feel. I highly recommend adding "green smoothies" to your daily diet. A green smoothie is a variety of fresh organic produce like mizuna, chard, kale, arugula, spinach, avocado, parsley, celery, apples, pears, berries, bananas, chia seed, hemp seed or powder, maca powder, cashews, almonds, brazil nuts etc. It is absolutely yummy! Variety is essential! Mix it up! I use a VitaMix Blender. You can drink this on the run. Green smoothies should be a part of every natural weight loss program.
Green smoothies are a great source of energy. The morning is the best time to make your smoothie you can drink it as you prepare for the day. This nutrient packed drink will give you an energy boost. Adding 32 ounces a day is a great start. You will notice many awesome health benefits.

Keep a Daily Journal
Keep a daily Natural Weight Loss Journal it is a great way to track your success! A journal keeps you focused on your goals. Write the date, time, what you ate and drank. Make goals you can keep. You may decide to take baby steps that's good, just start. The first week you may give up fast food, soft drinks etc. I gave up refined sugars and processed starches first and went from there. I did have natural weight loss by reforming my eating habit. The more you "leave out" of your diet the quicker you will see results and the better you will feel.
If you give up everything at once the first few days could be rough. You may decide to make gradual changes; whatever works for you is a good start. Once I added green smoothies to my daily diet the weight started to come off. The green smoothies are nutritional, satisfy hunger and provide steady energy. Be determined and stay focused on your goal to have natural weight loss; you will succeed.
If you slip-up and eat something or eat more than you should don't quit. Don't let this slip-up be an excuse to stop your journey. Log it in your daily Natural Weight Loss Journal and state your "emotions" at the time. Recent studies show a link between over-eating and emotions. This pattern of eating is not new.
If you crave an unhealthy food that you can't get out of your mind and it is consuming your every thought; then eat it. I've been there. Whatever the food item is sit down and enjoy it. After going through this you may find the food you craved and thought you could not live without wasn't as good as you remembered. Consider it a learning experience and move on.
It is critical to create healthy eating habits to achieve natural weight loss. Keep moving forward stay focused on the end result a healthier you. The more unhealthy food you eliminate from your diet the better you will feel read more at

At all cost avoid the following foods
Foods to avoid at all cost; food additives, canola, safflower, corn, soy and vegetable oils, processed and refined foods; boxed cereal, fried foods, chips, crackers, sugar, sugar-containing foods and beverages, bacon and pork products, fast-food, sodium nitrate meat products, hydrogenated fats, mayonnaise, white flour, MSG (natural flavorings), yeast extract, artificial sweeteners, iceberg lettuce, bottled juices, commercial dairy products, all farm-raised fish, aspartame and Splenda.
There are some ingredients added to processed food that could make you feel hungrier. Have you heard this phrase before? "I just can't stop eating them they are addicting". Food suppliers want to sell more not less so if they can get you to eat more they sell more. It is about revenue not our health. Food suppliers would like to create a world of Happy Over-Eaters! Think about it!

Hidden dangerous ingredients in your groceries, by Mike Adams
(NaturalNews.com)Do you know which seven dangerous food ingredients to watch out for in your groceries? These are the "deadly seven," as I call them, and they can directly promote heart disease, migraines, obesity, outrageous food cravings, osteoporosis, diabetes and even birth defects.
The top three most dangerous ingredients I've found in my research are:
1) Sodium nitrite -- causes cancer, found in processed meats like hot dogs, bacon, sausage. Used to make meats appear red (a color fixer chemical).
2) Hydrogenated oils -- causes heart disease, nutritional deficiencies, general deterioration of cellular health, and much more. Found in cookies, crackers, margarine and many "manufactured" foods. Used to make oils stay in the food, extending shelf life. Sometimes also called "plastic fat."
3) Excitotoxins -- aspartame, monosodium glutamate and others (see below). These neurotoxic chemical additives directly harm nerve cells, over-exciting them to the point of cell death, according to Dr. Russell Blaylock. They're found in diet soda, canned soup, salad dressing, breakfast sausage and even many manufactured vegetarian foods. They're used to add flavor to over-processed, boring foods that have had the life cooked out of them.
Want to know more about the genuine dangers posed by toxic food ingredients and additives? I'll share more with you in this email, but first let me invite you to check out the tell-all book I've written on the subject: "Grocery Warning."
Grocery Warning exposes the truth that food companies will never admit to and the mainstream media will never print (because they receive advertising funds from food companies, of course!).
It reveals, in shocking detail, exactly which ingredients compromise your health (and how they do it). Based on thousands of hours of research, and quotations from the top doctors, authors and nutritionists, Grocery Warning tells you the truth about foods and groceries that will empower you with life-changing information.
Did you know, for example, that:
Feeding children hot dogs increases their risk of brain cancer by 300%?
Strawberry yogurt, fruit punch and other red-looking grocery products are often colored with dead, ground-up cochineal beetles? The ingredient is called "carmine," and it's made from insects. It's listed right on the label of many of your favorite foods.
Food companies now "hide" MSG in safe-sounding ingredients like yeast extract or torula yeast?
Many Florida oranges are actually dipped in an artificial orange dye in order to make them more visually appealing? It's the same dye that's been banned for use in foods because of cancer risk.
Girl Scout cookies are still made with hydrogenated oils that contain trans fatty acids?
Many so-called "healthy" or vegetarian foods also contain the very same offending ingredients as conventional groceries?
Eating just one serving of processed meats each day increases your risk of pancreatic cancer by 67%?
One artificial color additive causes behavioral disorders in children? And that 80% of children diagnosed with ADHD can be outright cured of the condition in two weeks by avoiding certain ingredients?
The #1 ingredient in Slim Fast meal replacement shake (powder form) is sugar?
Some guacamole dips don't even contain avocado? Instead, they're made with hydrogenated soybean oil and artificial colors.
Everything I'm sharing here is absolutely true. It's all quite shocking, yes, but this is information you need to know if you want to feed yourself -- and your family -- foods that actually promote health instead of disease.

The truth about metabolic disruptors -
Nearly all modern diseases are caused by what I call "metabolic disruptors." These are common ingredients, such as white flour and sugar, that prevent your body from healing. Unfortunately, metabolic disruptors are used in almost all commercially prepared foods, which means most products on your grocer's shelves contribute to poor health. But if you know what to look for, you can fill your cart with foods that will help you live a longer more vibrant life.
That's why I created the Grocery Warning System. This system will give you the information you need to make the healthiest shopping choices at the grocery store. You'll learn which ingredients have been linked to disease, as well as important nutrients that have been shown to prevent and reverse cancer, heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and other degenerative diseases.
Here's what else you'll find in Grocery Warning:
Which common ingredient has been shown to ravage the cardiovascular system and promote heart disease while destroying brain cells.
Why some popular beverages have been linked to blindness and seizures, dementia, Alzheimer's and behavioral disorders.
How a single food ingredient is killing more than 30,000 Americans each year and yet remains perfectly legal due to food industry politics and influence on federal regulators.
How food manufacturers alter natural fats and convert them into disease-promoting ingredients that ravage your health and make it virtually impossible to lose weight, no matter what you eat!
The one natural, alternative sweetener that has no calories, no blood sugar effects, no chemical toxicity, and tastes great!
What "homogenized" means on milk products and the shocking truth of how this artificial alteration of dairy fats poses a very real threat to your health.
How to reverse osteoporosis and other bone disorders through dietary and lifestyle changes that create high-density bones throughout your body.
The truth behind the margarine scam and how the food industry convinced an entire nation to eat disease-promoting margarine for decades, based on shoddy scientific evidence and political influence.
The one natural oil that's lacking from the diets of virtually all Americans, but can significantly improve brain function.
Why at least one prominent doctor is accusing the FDA of committing crimes against humanity for not protecting the public from the immediate health dangers posed by three different ingredients found in virtually every grocery store.

Back to the "hidden" ingredients
So how do food companies manage to hide excitotoxins and taste additives to their foods? It's easy: They just keep changing the words to confuse consumers. Once customers learned to avoid MSG / monosodium glutamate, the food companies started using yeast extract. And now, two years after I started sounding the alarm on yeast extract, many companies have switched to "torula yeast," which accomplishes the same thing. Other hidden sources of MSG include:
Autolyzed vegetable protein
Hydrolyzed vegetable protein
Calcium caseinate
Sodium caseinate
Textured protein
The ingredients "stacking" trick
Food companies also use the ingredients stacking trick to intentionally leave you with the wrong impression about what's really in their food products. For example, one company makes a nutrition bar that's absolutely loaded with sugar, but they way they've arranged the ingredients prevents sugar from appearing as the #1 ingredient. Instead, the first ingredient is rice. But looking down the label, you'll find all the following forms of sugar, all in the same nutrition bar:
Sugar
Sucrose
High-fructose corn syrup
Corn syrup solids
Dextrose
Add all these up, and the #1 component in the bar is, indeed, sugar (or sugary substances). But the manufacturer has used ingredients stacking to make you think the top ingredient is actually rice. It's a clever, dishonest technique used by food companies to lie with food labels.
Remember, the longer the ingredients label, the less healthy the food. Read those ingredients lists before buying foods, and if you discover chemical names that you can't pronounce, don't buy the food!
